Sunrise Utility Association offers a wide variety of convenient payment options for our customers. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.
Payment By Mail: If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send payments with the large portion of your billing card to ensure proper credit to your account. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five to seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.
Automatic Bank Draft: The worry-free way to pay your water bill. With bank draft, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account and credited to your utility account. There is no set-up fee or charge associated with this service. To set up Automated Bank Draft, simply print and fill out the Bank Draft Enrollment Form located in the Forms & Reports Section and drop it off by our office or mail it to the address above. Make sure to include a voided check.
Payment Drop-off Location: You may pay your bill in person at our office. We accept cash, checks, money orders, and debit/credit cards. To avoid longer wait times, please note that Mondays, Fridays and the first day after a holiday are normally very busy. It is important to have your billing card with you to ensure that your payment is posted correctly. You can use our drop box for your convenience if paying after normal business hours.
Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay: Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank’s website). Normally, these services debit the customer’s checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer’s account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
** PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR ONLINE PAYMENT FROM YOUR BANK IS NOT SENT ELECTRONICALLY. A CHECK IS MAILED TO US. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT THE CHECK LISTS YOUR FULL NAME AND SERVICE ADDRESS ALONG WITH YOUR CORRECT ACCOUNT NUMBER THAT IS NOTED ON YOUR WATER BILL!
Online Payment: For your convenience, you can also pay your bill online at sunrise online payments
** If you have been disconnected due to non payment, you must come to our office to restore service, you cannot restore service via online payment.
** A RETURNED CHECK FEE (NSF FEE) OF $35.00 WILL BE CHARGED FOR ANY RETURNED CHECK, BANK DRAFT AND/OR ONLINE PAYMENT!
