Standard Service Rates

Monthly Minimum: $13.25

Water included w/ minimum bill: 0 to 2000 gallons

$6.50 per thousand gallons: 2001 gallons and above

Our community's water meters are read electronically each month. Please contact our office for any additional information.

Payment Due Dates

All current month payments are due by the 22nd of each month. If the payment is not received by 4:30 p.m. on the 22nd, a 10% late fee will be incurred. If a two-month bill is processed, the past due amount may still be paid before 4:30 p.m. on the 4th. Any past due payments not received by 4:30 p.m. on the 4th will incur a door hanger notice being placed at your residence and an additional fee. If you should receive a door hanger notice, you must pay the entire balance written by the date posted on your notice to avoid cut off.
